Reflection of tai chi practice:

Here is a video of the latest update in my Chen tai chi training. Comparing from the last years level of tai chi practice, I felt there are some minor improvements. Some obvious improvements are my fa jing seems more refined; theres also a better sense of balance and better sense of relaxation; still there is a lot to improve. There are some areas which I do like from last year which I appreciate. However, I feel that this year (OCt 2011) I have been focusing on basic fundamentals of tai chi more than how pretty my movements looked.

My aim: to unite all movements as one; coming from the centre (of the body), and aim to understand what it means to have "rooting" (term to describe good connection to the ground in stances and during transitions).
