Online Learning & Cyber Tutorial
This website offers people who are from overseas or from other states in Australia who wish to receive another tai chi instructor’s point of view in their practice, or that they’re keen to learn tai chi but cannot find any classes or instructors near where they are at. I receive inspiration and guidance under Master Chen Yingjun, son of grandmaster Chen Xiaowang and also the 20th generation of the lineage art. So those who practice under his methods of teachings will relate better. As for other tai chi enthusiast other than Chen style or different chen teachers, it’s up to you to choose whether you want to take my advice. Keep in mind I too am practicing and have a lot to learn, so there are lots of inadequacies. My opinion may not fit everyone’s liking so if you disagree with my advice I will not debate with you.
What I teach...
I mainly focus on the principles of taijiquan; hence the video footages which I will receive regardless of different eternal appearances, I will try help you to improve core principles of techniques. Metaphorically speaking, instead of altering the branches off a tree, I will try to nurture the roots instead. These principles will aim to ensure improvement in practical use of martial techniques. So what are the core principles? Relaxation, alignment (structure), linking (of the 6 harmonies), etc. I will not tell you where your hands should go unless it breaks the principles.
